Her background includes commercial real estate practice at Ober Kaler, where she prepared lending documents, reviewed title records, and negotiated agreements for property transactions.

Ms. Hornbeck is a Maryland-certified mediator and holds a juris doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She also attended Washington College. She enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, traveling to Maine, and caring for her West Highland Terrier.
